SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion, fine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. egg substitute or 1 egg

Mix and shape into small balls. Cook in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan in 400 degree oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 can (13 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, coarsely chopped
