MARVELOUS MEATBALLS 
3/4 tsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. red wine
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
3 sm. potatoes, peeled
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Combine sugar, lemon juice and wine. Boil for 20 minutes (sauce). Shred potatoes to equal 1/3 cup. Mix with beef. Beat eggs, combine with tomato sauce, garlic salt, onion and pepper. Combine beef mixture with egg mixture. Form meatballs. Bake in 450 degree oven until browned. Pour sauce over meatballs.
