SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
Part 1:

2 lbs. ground sirloin 2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 good size clove garlic, chopped fine
1 tbsp. parsley
1/3 c. chopped onions

Blend bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper then add garlic chopped fine. Beat together eggs, then milk in a glass and add to this. Then mix 2 lbs. ground sirloin. Blend with hands. Brown meatballs. Brown 1/2 cup chopped onions in pan after the meatballs are complete.

Part 2:

2 1/2 cans tomato puree
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
Additional items to taste: Fresh mushrooms, wine
Seasoning ideas: Italian seasoning, oregano, celery salt, chives

Combine all ingredients and cook for at least one hour (I cook it for at least 3 hours).
