SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. Italian sausage

Fry and drain sausage.

Chop fine and saute in 2 tablespoons olive oil until transparent: 5 cloves garlic 1 green pepper

Add: 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. sugar & salt 3 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 3 lg. cans whole tomatoes (28 oz.) 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste

Simmer with meatballs about 2 to 3 hours.

MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. extra lean hamburger
Sausage
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
Lots of finely chopped parsley
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix into golf ball size. Brown and add to sauce. Serve over spaghetti.
