MEATBALLS & SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
6 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 clove garlic or 2 tsp. juice
2 slices bread, soak in milk, squeeze dry

SAUCE:

1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 lg. cans tomato puree
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
4 tbsp. parsley
4 tbsp. sweet basil

Prepare meatball mixture. Brown in fry pan. Assemble sauce ingredients. Combine. Heat. Add meatballs; simmer at least 1 hour. Serve over a favorite pasta.
