MEATBALLS AND SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
2 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (35 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and shape into balls. Drop into sauce. Simmer for 2-3 hours.

Brown onion and garlic in oil; add remaining ingredients, then the meatballs and simmer for 2-3 hours.
