SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND MEATBALLS 
2 tbsp. oil
2 chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Fry until clear and light.

4 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 sticks celery, chopped fine
2 sm. carrots, chopped fine
2 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. fennel seed
3 tbsp. sweet relish
Bay leaf

MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. hamburg
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Make into medium sized meatballs and add to sauce. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
