SPAGHETTI SAUCE & MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 lg. (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
Salt & pepper
2 garlic buds, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. red pepper seeds
1 c. celery, chopped
2 bay leaves
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Sugar to taste (optional)

Put all ingredients together and simmer 6 to 8 hours.

MEAT BALLS:

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion, diced
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. each of Romano & Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. cracker meal
1 tsp. parsley flakes, garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt

Make meatballs and put in 2 hours before serving.
