SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS | |
SAUCE: 1 lg. can tomato puree 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato soup 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. sweet basil 1 tbsp. oregano 1 tbsp. parsley flakes MEATBALLS: 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. Italian bread crumbs 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten Combine sauce ingredients and simmer on low 6 to 8 hours in crockpot or 1 to 2 hours on stove top. Combine meatball ingredients and shape into large walnut- size balls, (8 to 10 meatballs). Brown on all sides in skillet or in microwave. Place in sauce and soak for sauce cooking time. Serve over your favorite pasta |
