MARIE COOKIE PUDDING 
2 pkg. Marie cookies
1 c. sugar
1 cube butter
4 eggs

In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites until forming soft peaks. In a separate bowl, and with the same beater, beat egg yolks, butter, and sugar until light and creamy. Fold in egg whites very gently. Set aside.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 c. boiling water

In a small bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, instant coffee, and boiling water.

Dip cookies in the sauce, very quickly, and place them in a Pyrex dish. Alternate with a layer of cookies and a layer of cream, ending with a layer of cream and covering it with the rest of the sauce. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Will serve 10 people.
