PEPPER RELISH 
1 doz. sweet peppers (use some red for color)
2 doz. sweet banana peppers (fryers)
3 hot peppers
7 med. onions
3 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. salt

Chop peppers and onions. Combine with other ingredients and boil 30 minutes. Pack in sterilized jars and seal. Process 5 minutes.
