SHERRIED BEEF | |
2 lb. lean stew beef, cubed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix 3/4 c. sherry (or vermouth) Put beef in covered casserole dish. Mix together mushroom soup, onion soup and sherry with beef. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. This is great over rice or pasta. |
