CORN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream style corn
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked

Saute onion and pepper in butter. Mix in rest of ingredients in large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
