CORN-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
2 hot peppers, chopped
2 cans cream style corn
1 c. grated cheese

Saute butter with onion, bell pepper and celery. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and top with cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
