CORN-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. yellow rice mix, 6 oz.
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) can Mexi-Corn
1 c. grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare rice mix according to package directions. Combine with soup and corn and pour into buttered casserole. Top with cheese and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
