GOLDEN CORN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
10 oz. whole kernel corn
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Paprika

Combine all ingredients, except paprika. Pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
