RICE/CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. onion, chopped 1 stick butter 1 sm. jar pimento 1 sm. green pepper 1 egg Grated American cheese 2 cans cream of corn 1 sm. box minute rice (2 c. dry), cook as directed 2 tbsp. sugar Salt and pepper to taste Paprika Saute onion, pimento, and green pepper in butter until tender. Add corn, sugar, egg, cooked rice, salt, and pepper. Put in greased casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
