CORN PUDDING 
2 c. frozen corn or 6 ears fresh corn
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese, divided
Paprika to taste
butter

Reserve 1/2 cup cheese for topping. Mix together corn, flour, sugar, eggs, salt, milk and paprika. Pour into casserole dish and dot with butter. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Should be hot throughout.
