BAKED CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream style corn or 2 c. grated fresh corn
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix corn with well beaten egg yolks. Beat in all the rest of the ingredients except egg whites. In separate dish beat egg whites. Fold in egg whites. Bake in 1 quart dish (set in pan of boiling water). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
