CORN PUDDING 
2 c. sweet corn (canned, frozen or fresh)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and turn into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until firm. Serve as a vegetable.
