MIXED NUT BARS | |
1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. white syrup 2 c. mixed nuts Mix flour, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup butter until crumbly. Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Melt butterscotch chips with water, 2 tablespoons butter and syrup until smooth. Remove from heat and add nuts. Pour over crust and bake 8 more minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake. |
