CORN PUDDING | |
2 eggs 1 1/3 c. (17 oz.) canned cream-style sweet corn 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt Beat eggs slightly, add corn and flour. Mix well. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Set in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until firm. Makes 6 servings. |
