CORN PUDDING (OLD-TIME) 
12 lg. ears sweet corn
2 well beaten eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Slit sweet corn down each row with a sharp knife. Scrape out the pulp. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 1/2 hour. To be eaten as a vegetable.
