POTATO - CORN PUDDING 
6 lg. potatoes
8 ears of corn (slice the kernels off)
1/2 lb. bacon
1 lg. onion
1 qt. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 sweet pepper (opt.), cut up fine

Cut up bacon and onions then add the pepper. Cook these in a skillet until onions are lightly browned. Place a layer of potatoes in a casserole dish and sprinkle with flour. Next, add a layer of corn kernels, bacon bits and browned onion. Continue layering as needed. Now, pour the milk over the layers and bake at 350 degree oven until the top starts browning.
