CORN PUDDING | |
1/2 stick butter 3 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel white sweet corn (drained) Cream softened butter with sugar. Add flour and salt; mix well. Add eggs, mix well. Add the drained corn, mix well. Add milk, mix well. Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
