BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING FUDGE 
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding (cook and serve)
1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Beat until cool.

Pour into a buttered dish and cut into squares when set.
