FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar "slice 'n bake" cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruits (kiwi, chunk pineapple, strawberries, bananas, mandarin oranges, etc.)
Swirl hot fudge topping over fruit

Cut cookie dough into slices 1/8 inch thick. Line an ungreased 1/4 inch pizza pan with slices, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; mixing until well blended. Spread mixture over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Chill. Before serving, top with hot fudge, cut into squares.
