POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/2 sm. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Break up potatoes and add cheese (cut in cubes). Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 Pyrex baking dish and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until golden brown.
