VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup grated cheese
1 can white shoe peg corn
1 can French cut breans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients except Ritz crackers and butter. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Spread over mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
