SPANISH CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can of water 1 pkg. chili mix 1 bag tortilla chips 1 c. grated cheese Brown beef and onion. Drain well. Add seasoning, soups, water, and tomatoes. Mix all ingredients well. Line dish with chips. Pour in meat mixture. Add a thin layer of chips, then top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
