1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
2-3 lg. potatoes
Salt & pepper

Divide hamburger into 4 parts; shape into thin patties. Place each pattie in the center of 10 inch square of foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with slices of potato and onion. Wrap foil tightly around hamburger and bake at 375-425 degrees for 45 minutes.
