HAM & CHEESE SOUFFLE 
16 slices white bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 lb. ham, cubed
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
6 eggs
3 c. milk
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. melted butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread 1/2 of bread cubes evenly on bottom. Add ham and both cheeses. Cover with remaining cubes. Mix eggs (slightly beaten), milk, onion, salt and mustard. Pour over all and refrigerate overnight. Combine corn flakes and melted butter. Spread over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 10. Enjoy!
