FABULOUS HAM & CHEESE SOUFFLE 
16 slices white bread, cubed
1 lb. cubed ham
3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion (or minced onion)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread half of bread cubes evenly in dish. Add ham and both cheeses. Then cover with remaining bread cubes. Mix eggs, milk, onion salt and mustard. Pour evenly over bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. Combine cornflakes and melted butter; sprinkle evenly over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let set a few minutes before serving. Serves 12-15.
