SAUSAGE & PEACH PANCAKES 
2 c. complete pancake mix
1 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained & reserve juice
8 oz. pkg. brown & serve sausages, cut in half

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. peach juice
3/4 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. butter

Mix pancake mix and water and pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Drain peaches and reserve juice. Arrange peaches alternately with sausages that have been cut in halves. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For Topping: mix sugar and cornstarch with juice and cook until thick. Add maple syrup and butter.
