DANDELION WINE 
2 quarts dandelion blossoms, fresh
2 oranges, juice only
4 lemons, juice only
4 quarts water
1 egg white, beaten
3 lbs. sugar
1 yeast cake

Pour boiling water over flowers. Best to use stone jar or crock. Let this stand for a day. Pour off water. Mix this water, juices, sugar. Put in yeast cake. When scum forms on top add egg white. Let stand three full days. Strain and bottle.
