DANDELION GREENS 
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. milk

Mix the above ingredients in order. Fry bacon and add some fat. Stir until thick and boiling. Put dandelion greens in a colander and pour boiling water over to wilt greens. Add wilted greens to sauce and stir. Cover until ready to serve. Serves 2 to 4.
