DANDELION GREENS AND POTATOES 
4 qts. freshly picked greens
1/4 lb. salt pork
1 1/2 qts. water
8 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter slivers

Cook green and salt pork in water until tender. Drain and put in a skillet with hot grease. You may add to potatoes or cook them on the side.
