DANDELION JELLY 
1 qt. blossoms without any stems
1 qt. water
1 pkg. Sure Jell
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon or orange extract

In early morning pick blossoms without any of the stems. Quick wash. Boil blossoms in water for 3 minutes. Drain off 3 cups liquid and add Sure Jell, sugar and extract. Boil 3 minutes and put in jelly jars. Seal. Tastes and looks alot like honey. Makes 5 1/2 pints.
