ZUCCHINI JELLY | |
6 c. shredded zucchini 6 c. sugar 1 tbsp. orange or lemon juice 20 oz. can crushed pineapple Place zucchini and sugar in large pot. Boil for 6 minutes. Remove and add juice and pineapple. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove. Add 2 boxes Jello, any flavor. Stir well. Pour into jars. Makes 6 1/2 pints. |
