ZUCCHINI JELLY 
6 c. shredded zucchini
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. orange or lemon juice
20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Place zucchini and sugar in large pot. Boil for 6 minutes. Remove and add juice and pineapple. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove. Add 2 boxes Jello, any flavor. Stir well. Pour into jars. Makes 6 1/2 pints.

Just made it. Good and looks real pretty too. I turned oven on 250°F and set jars in cake pan with water that was in oven so the water would be warm before I put jars in for 10 minutes and I set them upside down for a while on counter and turn upright.
