HOT DANDELION SALAD 
4 tbsp. bacon fat
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
Pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. dandelion greens, trimmed and washed
6 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. finely sliced green onions

Mix fat, pepper and sugar in skillet and bring to boil. Take off heat, add greens. Stir quickly to mix and wilt. Stir in bacon and onions.
