SUPER BEEF ENCHILADA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix
Flour tortillas

Brown hamburger. Combine beef, 1/2 cup cheese and onion; set aside. Make enchilada sauce according to package directions. Add soups to sauce.

Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and roll up. Place seam down in 9x13 inch pan. Pour sauce over and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
