PRETZELS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. water (hot)
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
Pretzel salt

Mix yeast with hot water. When dissolved, mix with flour, sugar, and salt. Knead dough. Divide and shape, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with pretzel salt. Bake on cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
