CHICKEN TOSTADAS 
3 c. cooked chicken, shredded
1 1/2 c. hot sauce
8 tostada shells
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (I use mild Cheddar)

Toss chicken with hot sauce. Spread tostada shells with cream cheese, top with chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Serve with additional hot sauce and Jalapeno peppers if desired. Yield: 8 servings. Preparation Time: 20 minutes.
