SQUASH CASSEROLE 
5-6 squash, any type desired, sliced
Small onion, grated
2 c. sharp cheese, chopped
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Beat eggs. Mix with Bisquick, salad oil, grated onion, salt and pepper. Add a little milk to make a cake batter consistency. Alternate layers of squash, cheese, then egg mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
