FREEZER SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, grated
1 c. grated carrots, optional
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix salt with cabbage; let stand 1 hour; squeeze out excess moisture. Add carrots and peppers.

DRESSING:

1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine ingredients; boil 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm; pour over cabbage. Put into containers and freeze.
