FREEZER COLE SLAW 
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 and 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 med. or 1 extra lg. cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
2 carrots, shredded, optional
2 green peppers, finely chopped, optional

Mix together first set of ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over high heat until mixture boils. Continue cooking for 1 minute. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Place 2 medium or 1 extra large cabbage, shredded in a large bowl. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt over top, and allow to stand for 2 hours. Drain off all liquid (press firmly to remove as much moisture as possible). Add remaining ingredinets. Pour first set of ingredients over vegetables and mix well. Store in the freezer in freezer containers. Thaw and stir well before servings.
