EASY LASAGNA 
2 c. ricotta cheese (1 lb.)
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. ground meat
8 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/4 c. cheese for topping (mozzarella)

Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Brown the ground beef in the microwave for 2 minutes on high. Drain and mix with the spaghetti sauce.

In 12 x 8 inch glass dish, put 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Overlap 4 noodles on top and press them into the sauce. Spread half the cheese mixture over the noodles and spoon 1 cup sauce evenly over the cheese. Repeat the layers ending with the rest of the sauce. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook 10 minutes on high (15 if refrigerated). Rotate dish then cook 20 minutes on medium (50). Let stand 10-15 minutes. Remove plastic and sprinkle cheese on top and heat 2 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
