SUPER NACHOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 cans refried beans
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. taco sauce or salsa
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 box taco shells, broken
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion, drain, add salt and cumin. Combine beans, taco mix and cheese. Mix well and spread in a shallow baking dish. Cover with meat, sprinkle chilies over top and cover with Cheddar cheese. Pour on taco sauce. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Top with garnish: ripe olives, guacamole, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 chopped green onions.

Serve with taco chips or broken taco shells. Can be used as an appetizer or main dish.
