O.'S SUPER NACHOES 
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. nacho cheese mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 or 2 cans sliced olives, drained
1 to 3 tomatoes, chopped and drained
1 (28 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 bag tortilla chips

In bowl mix sour cream and nacho cheese mix until well blended. Add chilies, olives and tomatoes. Refrigerate.

Spread refried beans on lightly greased pizza pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place in 400 degree oven.

In skillet, fry ground beef. Add taco seasoning mix according to package directions.

When refried beans start to bubble, remove from oven. Evenly distribute tortilla chips around edge of refried beans on pan. On top of beans layer meat mixture, sour cream mixture, lettuce and then cucumber. Use chips to scoop up and eat.

This recipe can easily be halved. As is, it's enough to fill my family, and makes for a fun dinner.
