2 c. sour or sweet cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 c. flour
2 c. rye flour
White flour
Salt

Mix cream, sugar, soda and flour. Add more white flour to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin. Cut in squares and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees. Sprinkle salt on top of bread before putting it in the oven.
